Thank you for your review. I am deeply sorry that you feel have had this level of service as we do pride ourselves on giving customers good customer service. The issue you have had is the chair you purchased is a promotional chair and as discussed we source this from various suppliers so that we can pass the savings onto our customers.

The chair sent was correct but you were matching it to one you had purchased two years ago and this chair was no longer available.

We offered to have the chair collected but you did not have the packaging to box the item up and was unwilling to get a box for us to collect it. For this reason we was unable to collect although was quite happy to collect and refund.

We are always happy to sort issue's and sometimes this may require some help from the customer if all packaging has been destroyed and are unwilling to package so that a collection can be arranged.
