Delivery very slow. One chair different to others

OK. Chairs took several week to arrive. No updates as to when they would actually arrive although payment was processed immediately. We ordered 7 chairs. One looks different to the other six.

Arm had a deep scratch in it. A lot of moist or wet cardboard inside delivery box.

Good chair

Chair came promptly,and managed to put it together OK. Looks well, comfortable and supportive. However, don't appreciate the painted mahogany look, which has already started peeling.
