How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Won't use again

Though the chair is fine, I wouldn't be hurrying back here to purchase another. Disappointing customer service and missing parts meant long delays before I could use my chair.
