I am sorry that you feel this way.We do show on the product the price including VAT and also as you go through the checkout process there is a summary of all charges and also the VAT and finally once you have placed the order the auto generated email sent to you lists all charges as well including the VAT.

We have offered to have the chair back and refund if you would like.
