Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

The website was easy to get around and compare products and prices. I would have rated the service excellant if the product was delivered quickly but this might have been because of the Easter Bank...

The Product isn't bad at all , so two stars but the Customer Service and communication is bad as it gets. (in my case) First I get the delivery information and Invoice 10 days after the chair...

Excellent chair exactly as advertisd

Although 5 star seems fairer I decided that I would lose 1 as the item wa not in stock and a 3-4 week delay. They informed, by phone, within 24 hours of the placement.

BEWARE - No returns unless faulty so can't test for comfort!!!

Fast service, but didn't realise they were a 3rd party distributor, i.e. they do not hold the stock therefore any problems take longer to sort, and don't except returns once chairs have been built,...

Thank you for your review and I am surprised at your comments as we did discuss over the telephone that if you dismantles the chair and re boxed it we would happily collect and refund. However as you did not want to do this we were not able to collect. We will always accept returns but items must be re boxed so that we are able to collect.
