No instructions and bad customer service

The chair came with no instructions at all, no documents of any sort, which i never seen in a product so expensive. I tried to contact the customer service to get information about the possible...

Don’t lie to customers when they call up. Don’t offer next day delivery when in actual fact it would take around 3 weeks. Get organised would be a big start! Didn’t have a scooby about my order. Only...

Thank you for your review and I am sorry to see this. We did email 20 mins after receipt of order to advise of the stock situation and asked that you were happy to wait for the order to arrive or did you want a refund, as you did not email back we processed the order in the normal way. As you say as soon as you called we did refund the order immediately.
