Quick and efficient, couldn't supply the chair I wanted but I was contacted within a couple of hours to discuss alternatives. Delivery arrived within 48 hours of order placement.

Very poorly packed

The item we received had clearly been returned by a previous customer and then shipped out to us. The box was damaged with the wheels of the chair poking through and the whole box was mispacked. ...

Thank you for your review and I am sorry it arrived this was, as it was definitely not a used chair. The chairs was ordered assembled so we have to unpack and build the chair and re box. The wheels should not have been poking out and I will take this issue up with the couriers. Please accept my apologies.
