I had no email to advise of despatch. When I contacted them, I was told it could be delivered the next day! No delivery slot (not even an am or pm approximation could be given) so I ended up...

Thank you for your review and I am sorry for the inconvenience. Our supply made a picking error and then to make the issue worse were trialing a new courier service and I have to say they will not be using them again but this then meant the collection had to be made by a different courier. Please accept my apologies for this and I can confirm that this will not happen in the future.
