The Chair is great, delivered as described, site easy to use. But loses a star as after the order I couldn't track the chair or order. Any email I got was missing a receipt too, so never got...

Thank you for your review and I am pleased you found our site good. I have looked into the missing receipt and tracking etc and can see that when you placed the order the email was entered incorrectly hence why the emails were not received. This has now been corrected.
