Unable to track delivery

We were advised that we would be contacted by a courier to arrange delivery, but he just turned up one day. Fortunately we were in so were able to accept the delivery

I am struggling with this as the delivery was refused when booking in and not even attempted to deliver. It was arranged for next day delivery so I struggle why you thought the product was poor when you have not even seen it ???.
