Ok though one item out of stock - however communication was good. Dilivery failed next day which was annoying but out of CFS control - the refunded me the cost associated.

Thank you for taking the time to send your feedback. Apologies for the delay in responding also! We are still getting to grips with Feefo! With regards to the delivery issue, we ensure that we pass on any and all special instructions to our couriers. We rely on the service of 3rd party couriers to deliver our consignments, so it's incredibly difficult to police the delivery drivers actions. As for the difference in the trims that you have received, we will get straight on to it for you. Would it be possible for you to call me at your earliest convenience? My number here is 01209 821028.
