CESA were good, the reason for not giving 5* was the language school getting the flight arrival all wrong.

We're really pleased you enjoyed your French course in Nice. So sorry about the error re the arrival transfer, the school staff investigated the matter as soon as they realised what had happened and put new systems in place. We haven't had this issue with the Nice staff before (over many years), and will do everything we can to ensure it doesn't happen in the future.
