Hi,
Thanks for your review. I am sorry that the service was not what you expected and I will contact you this morning to discuss. I cannot see anything on the notes and file indicating discounts or a discussion around this but as stated I will call you to discuss what discount you felt should be applied.
Helpful so far. Not really had much dealing with them yet except to renew my insurance and pay for it. Did find that the insurances offered met my needs
