On purchasing policies with us, our automatic renewal procedure is clearly explained in our Terms of Business. We are happy to turn this feature off if a client requests this and this would notify us to contact the client a week before the renewal date to see how they wish to proceed.

Hi,
Please accept our apologies for this as we wouldn't expect this many emails to be sent asking for feedback, I will look into this further from our end. I believe there is an opt-out button on the email.
