I was not contacted before money was taken from my account. Pleased with the cover but would have appreciated some communication prior to purchase.

We apologise that you have not received renewal communication from our office. The renewal process is to send out an email 1 month before the policy renewal date and a further reminder 14 days prior to the renewal. We do have issues with Hotmail at times and would suggest checking your junk folder. I will remove the automatic renewal from your policies and we will contact you via the number you have provided in the future.
