Hi Paul,
We are sorry to hear you are not happy with our renewal process. I have attempted to contact you this morning to rectify the issue, I have left a voicemail message.
Our automatic renewal process is clearly stated in our terms of business that you agree to when you take out the cover, clients are also reminded of the automatic renewal in the renewal invite emails. We are able to turn off automatic renewal for clients that have advised they do not want this to happen.
