Hi,
Thanks for the review and I am sorry you feel you were not given enough time. The renewal process is to send a renewal invitation one month before renewal and then a further reminder two weeks before renewal. We then attempt renewal up to a week prior to the actual renewal date. If you prefer me to switch off the auto renewal for next year just let me know.
it was easy, descriptive and quick. No hassle or trying to get out of paying.
