Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Great product pity the couriers trashed it

Efficient delivery but rubbish couriers You don't always have time to unpack and check everything. It arrived on its end when clearly it had stickers all over it stating fragile and way up The grill...

Its a shame

I was informed that the dishwasher that was being sent to site had been on loan for a month but has been checked over by your engineer and it as good as new ! The door seal/gasket has fallen off...

Dear Sir, we apologise sincerely for the delay experienced with parts of your order following a shipment twice being held up between port and our warehouse. I agree that the situation was extremely frustrating and we are genuinely sorry for the inconvenience incurred but would assure you that we did contact you as soon as we were made aware of the delays and did everything in our power to get the goods to you as quickly as possible.
