Bought both items (Hotpoint Cooker and Miele Vacuum Cleaner) in store. Good helpful service. Attended very quickly to fix fault on cooker (uneven balance).

We called in to the store to view the model and decide that it was the one we wanted. Phoned the shop when we were ready for collection and everything was carried out as requested.
