Really sorry for the delay in delivering your order.
We shipped your package on the same day it was ordered, July 9th, and we see that it has still not arrived. This is an unacceptably long transit time for a shipment from Ireland to Spain. We have contacted the courier to investigate the issue and will continue to monitor the tracking closely.
