So after reviewing the emails back and forth, I can see that from what you described, the seal you had on the bath was very very stiff and we both came to the conclusion that due to this, your seal was taking out our seal that adheres to the bath. As soon as we got to this point in the discussion, we realised your application wasn't going to work out well and we refunded you in full for the transaction. Changing the very stiff old seal in conjunction with using our Screen Seal Ultra would have worked well we think.
