Thank you for your feedback regarding the coffee machine. I have sent you an email containing a video available on our help center page, which provides guidance on using the milk frother. We recommend trying a smaller jug for this purpose. An espresso cup will fit beneath the espresso machine, allowing you to transfer the espresso to a larger mug with milk when preparing a latte or similar beverages. All supermarkets offer a variety of espresso ground coffee, and there is also a wide selection available online for your convenience. The portafilter is equipped with a lever designed to secure the filter basket in position while you dispose of its contents by tapping into the bin or food waste container, thereby minimizing any potential mess I do hope this helps going forward for you .
