Very slow flow of water. If you fill to full capacity it starts with cold water before it turns hot. Would help if it stopped when cup full instead of having to wait for it to end.

Thank you for your feedback and I would suggest a reset on the machine as this will help with flow and temperature. Additionally, we offer a digital hot water dispenser with preset water amounts that can be adjusted and will automatically turn off for your convenience if you need to upgrade at a later date.

Very easy to use and stop a soon as switch off. Doesn't boil as hot as my last one but ok.the only thing I don't like is that the only way to complete switch it off is at the socket. .
