Good Afternoon, The labels we give you, we cover with our insurance, so the label we gave you would have covered you if the parcel had got lost. That is why we ask you to get proof of purchase for the item, this covers you as you can prove it was sent. I am very sorry you were made to pay for this return, we use these labels all the time and very, very rarely have problems with lost items.
