I'm very sorry you were disappointed with your purchase, we would have been happy to exchange this item for you, however i can see you requested a refund. I appreciate the cost of P&P was a bugbear and as such i shall refund you the cost of 'Signed for' postage £3.00 as is our requested return method, as detailed on our return form. I cannot electronically refund this amount as you have had a full refund and i can't refund further, therefore i will arrange a cheque to be raised and sent to you asap.
