Good afternoon Samantha Many thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback. Firstly please accept our apology for not being able to fulfill all lines on your order. We returned to work on Monday 29th to near on 500 orders and so began the monumental task of allocating stock on a strictly first come first served basis and sadly orders received were greater than the stock holding. Ordinarily we would have just not invoiced you (captured funds), however I note you paid via PayPal, an automatic transaction between customer and PayPal, we have no control over these payments. We are a very small team of two, dealing with the online sales, my young colleague who sits directly outside my office took your call, to which i was within earshot and i witnessed her patiently trying to explain to you repeatedly and must object to your comments with regard to her being rude and unhelpful, she dealt with the call in an exemplary manner and sadly there was nothing more she could do to help.
