Staff very friendly and helpful but it took a week to despatch my items and when they came there was no Chlobo packaging or warranty card. Have returned items for a refund. Excellent prices though

Apologies for the lack of packaging, the sale items purchased were end of lines and i imagine the sending branch had run out of the branded packaging and used Swag packaging instead. The delay was due to the huge backlog of orders received over the Christmas and New Year period, it took some time to catch up leading to a delay, apologies for this.
