The order confirmation is an automatic bounce back, the only reason you shouldn't receive it is if the email address is entered incorrectly, however in this instance, yours is correct. Therefore please accept our apologies for this, it transpires we had hit some kind of limit with regard to our order confirmations and this had happened to a number of customers.
