Hello Jim, Thank you for leaving us a review. I am sorry to hear that you had not received an ETA on your order. I can see that your order had been directly delivered by one of our lovely suppliers. Sometimes with supplier orders an eta is not available. This may be due to the delivery service they provide. They can either use DX delivery service, their own drivers or any external courier service. In order to find out which service they have used we would need to contact them. Though we do understand customers would like an immediate response, with supplier orders it can take up to 48 hours before the supplier responds. This is due to the suppliers experience high volumes of queries. If your query is yet to be resolved please get in touch with our customer service team.
