Hello Ipek, Thank you for your review. As per our kerbside delivery policy our drivers are unable to offload the goods into private property as this is in line with our health and safety policy to ensure that our drivers are safe whilst they are out on the roads. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure there are enough people or equipment to take the goods, this is not the job of our drivers. An email is always sent out to customers ordering boards or doors this includes large orders (big and bulky) that they must have enough people to accept the delivery. In line with our policy drivers are not permitted to enter customers property with the goods when delivering kerbside. I will pass your feedback on to our transport team to review.
