For customer online orders we do advise customers of a delivery ETA when customers are placing orders with us at the checkout, including the price and couriers this would be sent with. Whilst we do advise customers of delivery ETAs, on the odd occasion should there be an issue with any items on the order or delivery we do advise customers as soon as possible. Depending on where the items are being sent from this would also reflect the delivery times and stock availability.
