Pump seems to lack power and when running the skimmer and waterfall, it struggles to deliver enough flow. The balance between them has to be altered constantly.

Thank you for your feedback. It sounds like perhaps you require a pump with a higher flow rate to run both your waterfall and the skimmer at the same time, rather than the pump not being as powerful as it should be which your feedback suggests. As you ordered online we were not given the opportunity to provide you with advise regarding what flow rate you require. Please give our Customer Service team a call on 01904 696933 and we can take the details of your waterfall and perhaps suggest an alternative pump that would be better suited.
