We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thank you for your feedback. We received your letter on Thursday 10th October. A reply has been drafted today and sent to you - we replied via letter as we assumed this was your preferred method of communication as you wrote to us but this of course takes longer to receive. I'm disappointed to see you have left us bad feedback for our service, you will see when you receive your letter that we are sending you another tarpaulin free of charge which will arrive with you on Wednesday. Please accept my apologies once again for the fault with your tarpaulin but we do ask for your patience, if you contact us via letter this will take longer to receive and respond to than email or a phone call.
