Great product and great company. When I received the ladder, one screw to attach the wall blocks was defective. I emailed BPS and a replacement was sent immediately - excellent customer service.

Product seems OK. Service dreadful. Promised next day delivery but not met. Site brags about being better than all other suppliers but in reality are no better.
