If you commit to taking Collagen Regenerate every day (consistently) you should notice changes within this 10-14 day timeline too. We encourage you to. keep a diary, at the beginning of taking Collagen Regenerate note down any niggles or particularly sore muscles that you may have. Rate them on a scale of 1-10. At the end of week 2, revisit this list and put a new score next to each. Do the same again at the end of week 4,6 and 8. This will provide you with a visual record of progress and changes.
