Very easy website to use and I am delighted with the topper..Too much packaging,took me 20 minutes to cut my way in.I know they wanted everything dry but seemed excessive.

Would order from them again but suggest that packaging is better wrapped.
Ordering on website was easy enough. Mattress was delivered on arranged day. Unfortunately packaging was open on one end of box and polythene covering was also open at the same end. Looked as though...
