Policy lapses bmw not interested in any apology
Appalling. I am waiting for customer services to call me back following my policy lapsing without warning as no renewal offer was made. BMW admitted there is a fault with system for past few months....

Generally good, however getting rear screen fixed has been a nightmare
Everything has been great, except trying to get heated rear screen fixed, there seem to be problems with getting parts, then dithering about to get it sorted.
