Actually I dont think they are good or poor, I would have chosen average if there was an average option.

Very pleased with our blinds, quality and well made. Only let down came from the delivery people who did not deliver when we were told and had to make arrangements for them to be left the following...
Simple, quick and easy to order. Sufficient info on website, the only drawback was not knowing if spring option was available before choosing the pattern.
