Thank you for your feedback. Our minimum order value is subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) below which we have to apply a shipping charge to make fulfiling such orders viable. Although we explain this on our website it is a point that can cause confusion. Recently following a reduction in the cost of our packaging we have reduced our minimum order value to £50. A 360g sachet of Rootgrow is as you've said sufficient for 60 40/60 cm Bare Root Plants and accordingly we will refund the cost of the second packet you purchased. The credit or debit card you used to pay the ciost of the order will be credited through our Secure Trading platform during the next 2/3 days (this is the time it takes for the credit to reach your account). The additional 10 Bare Root plants have today been despatched to you - the delay arose from our stock being lifted late due to recent adverse weather conditions. Please accept my personal apologies for the difficulties you have encoutered with our service standards that I have discussed fully with our Operations Manager and his team.
