Occasionally and for a number of reasons payments for on-line orders do not process (for example a customer may insert an incorrect number from a credit or debit card)and in such circumstances our system sends an e-mail that we also normally follow up with a telephone call. We are pleased you have found over a number of purchases that our overall service standards have been excellent although share your disappoiment that several of the plants in your order were under the size you purchased. As the plants are of excellent quality we are confident those under size will quickly develop and you will be able to trim the hedge into the shape you're looking to achieve. Thank you for your feedback. We have noted your concerns regarding the quality of the Photinia plants. If you return the plants to us we will refund the cost of these. Alternatively if you have already planted them we will issue a refund of part of the cost if you can forward us photograph of the plants regarding which you have a concern. I have reviewed your feedback with both our Operations Manager and Nursery Supervisor and as a result have increased the number of quality control checks that we undertake prior to despatching plants.
