We have just relocated our business operations and despite our planning a number of unexpected challenges have arisen that have caused the delivery of a small number of orders to be delayed. I can confirm more than 95% of our deliveries have during the period of our re-location been despatched to arrive within 4 - 5 days of an order being placed. Your plants will be despatched to you on Monday 16th January via Parcel Force and they will be delivered within 24 hours, please note the plants will be left without a signature, so you don't have to be at home.I'm very confident you'll be delighted with your plants. On the day you were not able to reach us by telephone our electricity supply was down for several hours that meant we could not charge some of our mobile telephones to which we'd diverted calls. I can confirm more than 95% of our deliveries have during the period of our re-loaction been despatched to arrive within 4 - 5 days of an order being placed.
