We have raised an enquiry with the Courier Network we use regarding the delayed delivery of your order and have reminded them that we must be advised of any delays so we can update our customers. As you will appreciate from time to time delays with deliveries can occur for a number of reasons (weather conditions, traffic, breakdowns etc) but these do not excuse the lack of communication you experienced. Our Despatch Team are responsible for making sure all orders are complete when despatched and I've discussed with them and our Operations Manager that your tub of Rootgrow was missing from your initial order.
