Thank you for your feedback it is much appreciated. Our Bare Root plants are lifted every week and we normally have sufficient quantities to complete all the orders we receive in the following 7 days. However at the time we received your order we had despatched all the 90/120 Alder Bare Root plants we had lifted the previous weekend (due to us receiving an order for a large quantity of these plants). The following weekend our lifting of Bare Root plants was impacted by the cold weather (Frost and Snow) that led to the delay in us despatching your order. I have arranged for a credit for the missing 6 plants to be refunded (via the Secure Trading platform we use) to the card that you used to pay for your order.
