Thank you for your feedback that I have now reviewed with our Despatch Team. It would seem the plants were not secured with an insert we use in our boxes that protect them whilst in transit. In addition Parcel Force, our couriers, do not seem to have handled the box with care. We will of course take steps to ensure similar problems do not arise. Should any of the plants damaged in transit not prosper please do let me know and I'll arrange to replace them free of charge. Paul Shipley, Managing Director Best4Hedging Ltd
