2 of the plants were damaged in transit. i was asked to provide photographs etc but…

2 of the plants were damaged in transit. i was asked to provide photographs etc but I haven't done so as I haven't the facilty to do so. The rest of the plants were ok.

Thank you for your feedback. I assume you will have used some of the Bonemeal when planting the Photinia, if not I'd recommend that you apply some around the plants and water in, as this will help all of the plants develop.If the damaged plants do not prosper please let me know and we will either refund the cost of the plants or provide replacements free of charge.
