I have inspected the stock from which your Bare Root plants were picked and can understand your concerns. At this time of year the appearance of evergreen plants and particularly Bare Root evergreen plants reflect the winter weather. This appearance will 'flush' away as spring emerges and the plants will loose the 'yellowing' that has appeared over the winter months. We'd recommend you also apply a nutrient to the plants in addition to keeping them well watered until they are clearly prospering. If you feel now or in the next few months that any of the plants need replacing please contact us and we will arrange to do so free of charge (Bare Root plants would have to replaced in the Bare Root season - between October and April). Thank you for your feedback. We have a range of boxes and inserts (used to secure pots) that are suitable for the plants we sell. It's clear we've used the wrong box and we have raised this matter with our Desptach Team.
