Thank you for your feedback. I have inspected the stock from which your original plants were picked and can fully appreciate why you complained. The original plants we despatched should not have passed our quality control procedures. Some species of evergreen plants when in pots are prone to defoliating but when planted they will quickly flourish especially if a nutrient is applied both during and after planting. I've reviewed your complaint with our Despatch Team this morning both in respect of selecting the plants we despatched and the manner in which they were packed. We take this action with all feedback (both negative and positive) as part of our processes to deliver consistently high service standards to our customers.
