Thank you for your feedback following receipt of which my colleague Karen has sent you a detailed explanation regarding the delay that has occured in despatching your order. I apologise for the delay (caused by a large batch of Escallonia being damaged by frost) and would confirm we have taken steps to ensure any customers whose orders are delayed (outside of our normal delivery period of between 2 and 5 working days) are notified by telephone or e-mail.
