Thank you for your feedback. I was aware we had been unable to deliver your order at the agreed time and had already raised this matter with the carriers who we use to despatch our palletised orders. The vast majority of orders are delivered on time. However recently we have experienced difficulties with the timing of delivering several palletised orders and we will be taking steps to ensure this does not happen again. I note you have placed another order - thank you for your business it is most appreciated. Finally although I'm sure you will be doing please keep the Root Balls watered regularly (including the leaves), every other day if necessary, until they are clearly prospering. Thank you for your feedback. Our system does generate an automated acknowledgement e-mail on all Internet Orders providing appropriate information including delivery timescales. At the time you placved your order our automated e-mails, that are distributed from a specialist third party internet technology support company, were being 'spammed out' because some of their other clients e-mails (same Server being used) were for genuine reasons being 'spammed'. Although we identified and rectified this problem very quickly it did affect communication on your and a number of other orders. Please accept my apologies for this.
