Thank you for your feedback. We have a range of boxes and inserts (used to secure pots) that are suitable for the plants we sell. It's clear either we did not pack your order with sufficient care or the boxes were not handled with enough care by our Couriers, Parcel Force. Accordingly I have raised your feedback with both our Desptach Team and Parcel Force.
